What do I do if I arrive late ? Is someone will be there to welcome me ?
The reception is open around the clock. Our personnel are available to welcome you in case of a late arrival. There is always someone to receive you.

What means of payment are accepted in your establishment ?
You can pay in cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfer.
What is the closest bus station ?
The stop “Rayol-Canadel – Office du Tourisme” on the line 7801 (from Toulon to Saint-Tropez) is the closest bus station. It’s just 5-minutes walk from/to the hotel.
How can I get from the airport / train station to the hotel ?

Yes, free parking places are available in front of the apartments.

We don’t have luggage storage but you can leave your luggage at the 3-star Hotel Les Terrasses du Bailli (located next to La Residence du Bailli).

Yes, there is a secured-free connection at the hotel (with some restrictions).
Is it an air conditioned apartment ?
Yes, there is air-conditioning in the apartments.

La Residence du Bailli provides apartments with a balcony at ground level or on the upper floor.

The apartments located at garden-level are fitted with a terrace.
Can I have an apartment with a view of the sea or the courtyard ?
You can choose your view (upon request and subject to availability).
Do you have apartments with disabled access ?

The capacity depends on the type of apartment you have booked (from 2 to 8 people).

Can I go to the bar or restaurant to have my breakfast in one of the hotels of Le Domaine du Bailli ?
You may access to all restaurant (upon availability, reservation with extra fee) and to bars at Hôtel Le Bailli de Suffren (NB : the 4-star hotel Le Bailli de Suffren is only open from May to October.
What time is breakfast served ?
Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.30 am at the restaurant Le Loup de Mer.

Do you provide half-board ?
We don’t provide half-board but you have access to the 3 restaurants of Le Domaine du Bailli.

No, we don’t provide full-board but you have access to the 3 restaurants of Le Domaine du Bailli.
It is necessary to make a reservation ?
Yes, it is better to book you half-board in advance.
What are the opening hours ?
The Spa is located within Le Domaine du Bailli.
The Spa is open all year round and welcomes guests from La Residence du Bailli. The Spa is open from May to October, from 10am to noon and from 2pm to 7pm.
Is there a minimum age to make a reservation ?
In order to make a reservation to stay at La Residence du Bailli, you must be 18 years of age.
Do you accept pets ?
One dog is allowed with an additional fee of 7€ per night.
